« The aquaculture sector has jobs that are compartmentalized, those who make fry, those who do the fattening, others in the production of fish feed but you see people who want to do the whole chain, which is not very advisable for questions of profitability. To benefit from financing, it is better to be formed into a group (GIC, cooperative, etc.). Then you send a letter to the national coordinator of the CRFC then a trip will be made to the field to meet the local authorities (mayor, village chief, MINEPIA or MINADER delegate). Following this, a technical sheet will be produced with a feasibility study to see if it is a promising area. After the business plan produced by our experts, a contribution is requested from the bearer and an agreement is signed between the CRFC and the group. A letter of compliance is sent to the financial partners to say that you are ready to be financed. The size of the investment requires a certain amount of organization because a base camp is necessary to successfully carry out the project. For example, for one hectare, you need an average of 32 70m³ bins with an average of thirty people working there permanently.
