(1) Placed under the authority of a Deputy Director, the Sub-Directorate of Budget, Equipment and Maintenance is responsible for:

• the preparation and monitoring of the execution of the Ministry’s budget;
• the management and maintenance of all of the Department’s movable and immovable assets.

(2) It shall include:

• The Budget and Equipment Department;
• The Public Procurement Department;
• The Maintenance Department.
