Pay and Pension Service
(1) Placed under the authority of a Head of Service, the Pay and Pensions Service is responsible for:
- the preparation of pay and payment acts;
- processing of family benefits files;
- the preparation of acts relating to pay accessories;
- the entry and validation of the balance of the costs of recruitment, promotion, appointment, promotion of executives and grades;
- the entry and validation of the balance of allowances and various bonuses;
- the entry and validation of the balance of family benefits;
- updating the balance file;
- the drafting, settlement and signing of deeds granting pension rights and life annuities after approval by the competent services;
- the preparation and settlement of deeds granting pensions for accidents at work and occupational diseases after approval by the competent services;
- the financial processing of occupational disease and risk files;
- documentation and archives relating to pay;
- the preparation of pension deeds;
- the establishment of pension listings;
- the management of balance disputes, in liaison with the competent services of the
Ministry in charge of finance.
(2) It shall include
- The Pay and Miscellaneous Benefits Office;
- The Office of Requests.
