(1) Placed under the authority of a Head of Service, the Pay and Pensions Service is responsible for:

  • the preparation of pay and payment acts;
  • processing of family benefits files;
  • the preparation of acts relating to pay accessories;
  • the entry and validation of the balance of the costs of recruitment, promotion, appointment, promotion of executives and grades;
  • the entry and validation of the balance of allowances and various bonuses;
  • the entry and validation of the balance of family benefits;
  • updating the balance file;
  • the drafting, settlement and signing of deeds granting pension rights and life annuities after approval by the competent services;
  • the preparation and settlement of deeds granting pensions for accidents at work and occupational diseases after approval by the competent services;
  • the financial processing of occupational disease and risk files;
  • documentation and archives relating to pay;
  • the preparation of pension deeds;
  • the establishment of pension listings;
  • the management of balance disputes, in liaison with the competent services of the
    Ministry in charge of finance.

(2) It shall include

  • The Pay and Miscellaneous Benefits Office;
  • The Office of Requests.
