(1) Placed under the authority of a Head of Department, the Maintenance Department is responsible for:

• maintenance of materials, infrastructure and equipment;
• building maintenance;
• the cleanliness of the premises and their surroundings.

(2) It shall include

• the Maintenance Office;
• the Bureau of Cleanliness.
