(1) Placed under the authority of a Head of Cell, the SIGIPES Project Management Unit is responsible for:

• the centralization and permanent updating of electronic personnel and pay files;
• the publication of pay documents;
• the operation and maintenance of the computer applications of the Sub-Directorate of Personnel, Pay and Pensions.

(2) It comprises, in addition to the Head of Cell, two (2) Assistant Research Officers.
