(1) Placed under the authority of a Head of Department, the Aquaculture Infrastructure Service is responsible for:

• the promotion of techniques for the development of aquaculture facilities;
• monitoring the development, operation and maintenance of aquaculture infrastructure;
• monitoring the application of aquaculture infrastructure regulations;
• the development of the aquaculture map in conjunction with the administrations concerned;
• monitoring the harmonization of the various interventions in the field of aquaculture infrastructure;
• monitoring the rational management of aquaculture infrastructure and equipment.
