(1) The Mail and Liaison Service is under the authority of a Head of Service and is responsible for:

  • the registration and coding of physical records;
  • the distribution of mail;
  • the classification and conservation of signed deeds;
  • the reproduction of individual deeds and all other service documents;
  • the notification of signed acts;
  • the creation of electronic records.

(2) It shall include

  • the “Arrival” Mail Office;
  • the “Departure” mail office;
  • the Office of Reprography.
