Mail and Liaison Service
(1) The Mail and Liaison Service is under the authority of a Head of Service and is responsible for:
- the registration and coding of physical records;
- the distribution of mail;
- the classification and conservation of signed deeds;
- the reproduction of individual deeds and all other service documents;
- the notification of signed acts;
- the creation of electronic records.
(2) It shall include
- the “Arrival” Mail Office;
- the “Departure” mail office;
- the Office of Reprography.
