(1) Placed under the authority of a Deputy Director, the Sub-Directorate of Reception, Mail and Liaison is responsible for:

• reception, information and orientation of users;
• the reception, processing and ventilation of mail;
• the classification and conservation of signed acts;
• the reproduction and notification of individual acts and the breakdown of regulatory acts, as well as all other service documents;
• the revival of services and administrations for the processing of files.

(2) It shall include:

• The Reception and Orientation Service;
• The Mail and Liaison Service;
• The Recovery Service.
