(1) Placed under the authority of a Head of Cell, the Monitoring Cell is responsible for:

• monitoring the activities of the Ministry’s central and decentralised services;
• the summary of action programmes, economic notes and activity reports transmitted by the Ministry’s central and decentralised services.

(2) It comprises, in addition to the Head of the Cell, three (03) Assistant Study Officers.
