Professional and Interprofessional Organizations Service
(1) Placed under the authority of a Head of Department, the Professional and Interprofessional Organisations Service is responsible for:
- support for the emergence and development of grassroots organizations, professional and interprofessional organizations;
- the training of managers and members of professional and interprofessional organizations;
- the regular production of information on professional livestock organisations and their activities;
- the analysis of the evolution of professional organizations in their environment;
- the creation of the file of professional and inter-professional producer organizations, and non-governmental organizations operating in the livestock and animal industries sector;
- the monitoring of professional and interprofessional organisations in the livestock sector;
- the development of consultation frameworks between professional organizations and development partners;
- the implementation of actions contributing to the professionalisation of producers.
