SAVI 2022: HERE WE ARE

The big poultry show opened on the heights of Mont Nkolnyada (Yaoundé) on 26 April 2022.

They travelled from Europe and most of Africa to honour the fourth edition of the Yaoundé International Poultry Show (SAVI) with their presence. The meeting place for poultry industry professionals has been delivering on its promises since 26 April 2022, with the full participation of local and international players, and above all the general public. One hundred stands, over one hundred and fifty exhibitors and thousands of visitors for this fourth edition of SAVI.

This year’s event comes after a truce caused by the global health situation, with the outbreak of avian flu and Covid-19. This year’s theme is deliberately entitled: “Poultry farming, issues and challenges for resilience in the face of the Covid-19 and avian influenza health crises”. After the first edition in 2014, the second in 2016 and the third in 2018, the fourth edition of SAVI brings the show to a new level of maturity. As in previous editions, there were exchanges between professionals, interviews between businessmen, and scientific communications relating to the poultry farming sector.
