(1) Placed under the authority of a Head of Department, the Personnel Department is responsible for:

  • the preparation of acts relating to personnel management;
  • workstation management;
  • centralization of training needs;
  • the investigation of disciplinary cases of staff;
  • updating staff files.

(2) It shall include

  • the Bureau du Fichier;
  • the Office of Personnel Official
  • the Office of Non-Civil Servants;
  • the Office of Forward Management.
