(1) Placed under the authority of a Head of Department, the Reception and Orientation Service is responsible for:

• the receipt and registration of files and requests;
• the reception and information of users;
• control of the compliance of the files.

(2) It shall include

• the Office of Monitoring and Compliance
• the Reception and Information Office
