At 11am, Minister Taïga received the new head of Agence Française de Développement (AFD), Benoît Le beurre. The two men reviewed the projects and programmes in AFD’s portfolio in the livestock sector and expressed their satisfaction at their implementation: ACEFA and AFOP in particular.
