The Spotlights and Lanterns on the Very First Interprofessional Aquaculture Exhibition of Cameroon SIAC 2024 were extinguished on Saturday, December 07, 2024 under the chairmanship of the Minister of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal Industries (MINEPIA).

Placed under the Very High Patronage of the President of the Republic Head of State, and under the theme “import substitution the contribution of the aquaculture sector” opened its doors to audiences from here and elsewhere on December 2, 2024. The very first edition, which is a success according to the statements of all, was attended by experts and high-flying professionals from Morocco, guest of honor, Egypt, Malaysia and Nigeria to name but a few. They came, they shared, they loved and appreciated… They leave satisfied and ask for more. Long live the SIAC 2024 and OIDAC its organizational body, but above all look forward to the next edition with more knowledge to share and experiences to capitalize on without forgetting new innovations… Hats off to the magnificent and perfect organization under the supervision and enlightened management of the hands of the project owner, Dr. Taïga, Minister of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal Industries.
